We are delighted to inform you that as of 30th November 2018, our current Managing Director Neil Davis, has acquired all of the shares in the company from founders Phil and Jim Hutchinson. Both Phil and Jim have steadily reduced their involvement in the day to day running of the company over the last few years, and are very pleased to hand over the business to their existing management team.
Things will be very much business as usual, with the current team and all your regular contacts remaining unchanged.
