TERMS OF GUARANTEE
Harvest Healthcare Ltd (the Seller) guarantees to repair or replace any goods supplied to customers which are found to be defective whilst still within their applicable warranty period. Warranties are subject to the following terms and our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale which can be found on our website:

1.That the equipment has been used for the purpose for which it was intended
2.That the use has been on a fair wear and tear basis and excludes user damage/user error.
3.That applicable maintenance, cleaning, and disinfecting guidelines, if specified by Harvest Healthcare
Ltd, have been followed
4.That ALL maintenance has been carried out by a suitably qualified person
5.That all repairs or replacements will be at the discretion of the Seller

WARRANTIES

Products supplied by the Seller are covered by warranty from date of purchase for the period specified below, subject to the Terms of Guarantee above.

Warranty Period

Seven Years

Beds: including frame and mattress platform.

Five Years

Beds: including woodwork, siderails incl. fingers, castors and electrical components; actuators, motors, power supply, cables, handsets, control box and bushes.

Hoists: including frame, actuators, handsets, control box (excludes batteries, charger, and castors)

Stand aids: including frame, actuators, control box, handsets (excludes batteries, charger, and castors)
