Harvest’s team work to ensure systems don’t need replacing – where possible, but can be restored to a working condition.
Once a breakdown has been reported and we have arranged collection – the system is decontaminated, inspected and a quotation is sent over for your approval. The quicker the quote is approved, the quicker we can repair and return to you.
All systems are returned complete with a decontamination certificate, from our OTEX machines. The specialist machines inject Ozone into the wash cycle, destroying most bacteria to ensure the system is certified with full traceability.
We favour the honest approach of repairing over replacing making our services more cost-effective for you.
