Maintenance & Repairs

Harvest Healthcare Servicing are able to provide specialist maintenance support, to maintain the quality and safety of your equipment.

As a manufacturer of healthcare equipment, we have a comprehensively stocked warehouse and a team of engineers, on hand to carry out compliance inspections and service your equipment.

A cost effective replacement programme is available, coupled with ongoing maintenance and support – if any repairs are required, you will be made aware before any work is taken place.

Installation & Training

Our team of highly experienced engineers are available to install equipment and train key personnel to be able to do the same.

We also provide moving and handling advice, technical support and equipment training, for those using the equipment to be confident in using our products both efficiently and safely.

Mattress Cleaning

Harvest’s on-site laundry department is equipped to carry out repairs and decontamination’s of most models of active mattresses and pumps.

Using OTEX® technology, the specialist machines used to decontaminate mattress covers inject OZONE into the wash cycle, destroying all bacteria, including MRSA and C. Diff, to ensure your equipment is certified decontaminated with full traceability.

We have a detailed understanding of active mattress systems and can adapt our processes to suit, e.g. Laundry Replacement Programme.

Equipment Management

Not only specialising in the maintenance of equipment, Harvest Servicing can also provide asset registering.

Asset management allows for better traceability of equipment across multiple sites, aids in compliance inspection and assists in diagnostics when on the phone with an engineer.

Audits & servicing

Harvest engineers carry out auditing and routine servicing of all equipment, to ensure compliance with:

  • LOLER Regulations
