Paul joined Harvest in August 2022. He is a chartered mechanical electrical engineer and experienced MD with experience across consumer goods, food production, agriculture, pet care, wallpapers, and fabrics. Throughout his career he has enjoyed value creation within private equity businesses, family-owned SMEs, and large multi-national corporations by developing trust cultures within high performing teams. He enjoys spending time with his family as well as travelling, road cycling, and cooking.
Tim Woods joined the team in April 2013 as Financial Controller.
Having achieved qualification as a Chartered Accountant with an independent firm of accountants in Sheffield, he has worked with SMEs in South Yorkshire and made the move into industry.
Over the last 15 years he has gained experience working for multinational companies and used this experience in developing the accounting function at Harvest Healthcare. Tim ensures that Harvest uses its working capital as efficiently as possible whilst supporting the management team with accurate and timely information.
Outside of work Tim has two young children which take up most of his time. He lives in Sheffield and is a keen Sheffield Wednesday fan.
Oskar joined Harvest in December 2018 as an Operation Manager. Born and raised in Iceland, Oskar’s Viking genes were triggered and he set out to explore the world, ending up in South Yorkshire over a decade ago. After finishing his master’s degrees in Supply Chain Management and later an MBA, both from Sheffield Hallam University, he has worked on the Operations side of Manufacturing for the past ten years. Motivation and employee engagement are very close to Oskar’s heart and he believes that these are vital for a set structure and well-defined processes. Outside of work, Oskar is a keen runner and loves spending time with his family.
Mike has been working in the Pharma/Med Tech/Healthcare industry since 2003, with a background in Wound Care and a more recent focus on Pressure Area Care, among other areas. Over the years, Mike has worked extensively with the NHS Acute and Community Trusts, Equipment Loan Stores, Care Home Groups, and Hospices to ensure mutually beneficial solutions are agreed and the customer gets the best product and service they need. Mike leads the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support functions at Harvest.
Melissa has been working at Harvest Healthcare since 2016 in several roles. She started in Customer Service, where she spent two years before moving into the servicing department as a team leader. After a year as Service Team Leader, she became the Service Manager, the role she is in now. Her journey through the business means she really understands our customers, and she is determined to bring this knowledge and passion to her team. She is up for the challenges of leading such an excellent service team into further success. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys traveling in their VW camper van with her partner, two gorgeous dogs, and three children. She also enjoys photography and snowboarding.
Jackie has just joined Harvest in July 2022. She brings a wealth of HR experience with her in medium and large companies across various industries, including logistics, engineering, IT & Telecoms, and food, at a senior level.
Jackie has lots of transferable skills and is very enthusiastic about people and culture development, to support continued growth and to enable employees to reach their full potential.
Employee engagement, increasing involvement, and individual job satisfaction are key to Jackie.
Outside of work, Jackie is a proud Yorkshire woman born and bred in Barnsley. She is a keen water enthusiast, including Aquafit, swimming, kayaking, and even windsurfing (mainly on holiday). She has a partner, one grown-up son, and 3 cats which all take up a lot of her spare time, along with gardening, cycling, reading, and socialising.
