Fioan Cooley
HR Business Partner
Fiona started her role at Harvest in January 2024. Before joining Harvest, she spent 11 years working in HR at Aviva. It was her first office job, and she discovered a genuine passion for HR, which led her to stay at Aviva for so long. Seeking a change from the large corporate environment, Fiona was drawn to the friendly atmosphere of a smaller company like Harvest.
Fiona's workdays are from Tuesday to Friday, so she is unavailable on Mondays. If you need or would like to speak with her, please feel free to approach her for a face-to-face chat or schedule a meeting with her.
In her spare time, Fiona enjoys running around Graves Park either by herself with her headphones in or with her son having fun. She relocated to Sheffield about a year ago with her husband, son, and cat.
