The Visco MultiZone mattress is our enhanced static mattress. Positioning specialist foam “Zones” across key areas of the mattress allows for more pressure relief around the most vulnerable areas of the body.
The varying firmness in foam at zonal areas contributes to greater immersion and envelopment resulting in greater pressure redistribution as well as providing additional support in the areas where it is needed most.
Benefits include:
- Memory foam visco-elastic, provides superior pressure redistribution, reducing the risk of developing a pressure ulcer.
- High-resilience foam base so the mattress can be used for patients weighing up to 27 stone (177 kg)
- Suitable for patients at Very High Risk and Can be used for residents with up to a grade 2 pressure ulcers reducing the need for Active Mattress systems, saving money, and providing a better patient/resident experience.
As standard across our mattress range, the Visco MultiZone mattress is complete with a vapour permeable, water-resistant cover.
