Description

The Fire Evacuation Sheet is designed to be placed below a foam mattress and secured to the mattress by means of 4 elastic corner straps.

In the event of evacuation the 2 webbing safety straps are extracted from their storage pockets and fastened round both mattress and patient, who is then evacuated by staff using webbing pull handles provided.

The flexibility of the material, combined with a foam mattress assists passing through doorways and speeds up evacuation.

The sheet features a silicone coated side to aid swift and easy movement across all surface types.

The red polyester fabric is fire retardant, is extremely strong and has been rigorously tested.

Also available is our Evacuation Sheet for Active Mattresses.
