Mixte Cushion

The Mixte cushion is a combination of gel and foam. Reticulated polyurethane gel avoids migration and thus prevents penetration (punching) of the cushion while assisting pressure distribution.

The cushion has two layers are permanently bonded together – eliminating the risk of separation.

The thick high resilience foam base increases the contact area, providing better distribution, comfort and stability. The two layers are permanently bonded together, eliminating the risk of separation.

The Duoform cushion is an anatomically moulded base of high resilience foam surmounted by a two part visco-elastic gel.

The Duoform ® cushion is an anatomically moulded base of high-resilience foam surmounted by a two part viscoelastic gel.

The white padfluid gel ensures pressure reduction on high-risk areas, while the blue viscoelastic gel resists fluid migration thus preventing penetration and providing added support.

The high-resilience foam base enables the cushion to better adapt to bony protuberances, spreads contact surfaces and gives better pressure distribution. It has a highly breathable cover.

The white pad fluid gel ensures reduction of the high pressures on sensitive areas; the high-reticulated visco-elastic gel resists fluid migration thus preventing penetration.

NAEP Exhibition 2016 Winners

A year on from attending the annual NAEP Exhibition, Harvest Healthcare returned as an exhibitor and left as the winner of the Best Exhibitor Stand.

This year’s conference was to help delegates Unravel the Mystery of the Care Act, the act which is designed to provide a clear structure to adult social care through the merging and updating of care and support law, combined with the establishment of new responsibilities for local authorities, partners, and new rights for service users and carers.

NAEP Exhibition 2016Harvest Healthcare attended the exhibition along with many other companies, to inform delegates of our products, offer support on how we can help individuals to understand the Care Act and demonstrate our complete solution for all modern care environments.
